Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Orders: Giftsdecorus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Damage
Responsibility for Damage: Giftsdecorus is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Responsibility: Giftsdecorus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Giftsdecorus will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
